Kids under 10 shouldn’t be allowed cats or dogs. The poor cat or dog gets blamed when they attack the kid, when it’s the only way they can defend themselves. Parents need to teach their kids that pets are not toys, and should be treated with respect. Sorry for being serious, but this really annoys me.
